A Melbourne inner-city warehouse apartment… The brief from the clients was to create a 5 star luxury retreat. Somewhere comfortable to relax after long hours at the office. They also wanted to organise their space to save time in their everyday routine. We altered their wardrobe to allow for extra room for shoes, shirts and accessories. We custom built a dresser to store chunky knits in the bottom drawers and smaller details at the top, including smaller internal drawers for jewellery. We custom made a beautiful velvet bed that has a hidden gas lift for extra storage under the mattress – a clever use of storage for winter / summer quilts and cushions. With new paint, carpet, window furnishings, custom cabinetry, a custom bed and furniture details, we have completed the tick list!
