What we do
- We will visit you for a 2 hour strategy session in your home, to help you get your home ready for campaign photography and showings ahead of the sale of your house. We will discuss de-cluttering, rearranging and advise or areas in need of a refresh.
- We start with the exterior addressing the garden, any small cosmetic refreshers required and decluttering.
- Then we will complete a thorough walk though of your home, room by room addressing each space, identifying any little bits that need to be fixed, areas in need of a cosmetic refresh, discuss what items need to be removed, what items need to be replaced and what items need to be added.
- We will then go away to put together a personal styling strategy package for you to have and refer back to as you transform your home.
- Then, within two weeks of our first consultation we will have a final follow up session where we can advise you on how to style the details to create an inviting home and answer any last questions you may have to get your property photo ready!
What we provide
After our 2 hour strategy session we will put together a digital styling ‘how to’ package uniquely tailored to your home. This will be your personal property stylist, giving you step by step instructions on what we recommend you do to your home to get the best results. Your styling package will include:
- Paint colour suggestions & where to apply them
- List of suggested trades people for you to contact
- Suggested items to hire from 3rd party furniture hire companies
- A floor plan layout of your existing &/or suggested furniture for you to follow
- Pictorial instructions for how to style each space
- A comprehensive list of items to remove, items to enhance, items to add.
